WOBURN, Mass. - The son of longtime Boston Red Sox broadcaster Jerry Remy pleaded guilty to murder and other charges for stabbing his girlfriend last year and lunging at a man who tried to help her, and was immediately given the mandatory sentence of life in prison without parole.
